Your Life Path comes from your full date of birth — every digit of it, added and then reduced. Using 01/01/1990 as a worked example:
01 + 01 + 1990 → 1 + 9 + 9 + 0 + 0 + 1 + 0 + 1 = 21
2 + 1 = 3
